    i always look forward to your posts... and i envy the fact that you just up and travel whenever/whereever you want.  i wish i could do that too.  i sorta do... usually go on trips for 3-5 weeks at a time... but i definitely regret not doing the one-year vagabond thing after i finished uni.

    Thanks for responding to my comment! I seriously don't know anyone who is a journalist or writer and it is really helpful. Did you go to school for journalism/communications? I actually got my bachelor's in English but I'm seriously contemplating going back to school. I wrote for my university's newspaper for 3 years but I think I may need more experience and knowledge about the industry to get my foot in the door. I didn't really know what I wanted to do in college but I knew I was a decent writer and I loved to read so I chose to go with English. But now that I'm out, I have more focus. Just not sure if it is really valuable to go back to school. Any thoughts? Thanks again! -Linda

    Customs better not be giving someone as talented and nice as you a hard time with your Visa! It boggles my mind why they insist on giving grief to folks that are gainfully employed and are playing by the rules while maintaining a porous border policy where those intent on skipping the rules seem to be able to do so easily enough without penalty. Not to worry...destiny is on your side....me too. =)

    puaahahaha... -"Yes I said 'hot' and 'asian' in the same sentence" -that and terms like "honger chinese" and "chinglish" oh great godzilla god that was totally worth laughing at in a library on a campus here in the middle of SEOUL oh dang, people are asking me why I'm laughing, time to split -great stuff, I wish everyone had friends like yours :P

    Sounds like u ain't getting your fix of chinese/asian cuisine , well let me tell u we don't 'ave that problem in oz/sydney...the best part is all those yummy chinese seafood dishes...pippies , mussels , mud crab , school prawns , king crab , abalone etc...is your mouth watering yet ???
